Return/Refund Policy

If your item(s) arrives damaged, please email us at laureateprinting@gmail.com  within 5 days of proof of delivery with your order number and photos of proof of the damaged item(s) and photos of the box and packaging.

Please keep the original packaging and box as many 3rd party carriers are not requiring package inspection before processing a claim. We will reply to you on how we can handle a claim and/or replace your item or offer a full/partial refund depending on the item.

Return the item and packaging as is with receipt within 14 days of the date you received the product and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
